A one-bedroom garden flat in Ealing featured a spacious but overgrown garden. The client, a first-time buyer with a limited budget, desired a transformation that would create the garden they had always dreamed of. The renovation resulted in a vibrant space with lush herbaceous plants, an area for sitting, cooking, and relaxing, as well as a good-sized lawn.  Pleached trees were added to provide privacy for the seating and dining area while still allowing sunlight to reach the top of the garden.
